Our stay with family was fantastic, with amenities like an iron, multi-channel TV, and a nice dining area; the bathroom was particularly impressive.

our christmas in kirkwall was lovely. we stayed in apartment and loved the view of garden. bathroom included a shower, dryers and bath sheets, and that's important. it was located in a good area on a beautiful island.

The lack of a welcome pack and inconsistent communication with the landlady regarding necessary information caused frustration for some guests.
